I'm working on the last message in the sermon series I'm calling VITAL SIGNS. It's about signs of life in a church and in a Christian. We've looked at the teaching of truth, authentic worship focused on God, intimate, biblical community, and new believers.
This week I'm talking about compassionate concern for others. It's a vital sign in a congregation that is actually alive and filled with the Spirit. It's actually a vital sign for us and a visible sign to the world of His presence. It's the component that will move us toward missional.
A friend sent me this and I thought it spoke to the issue.
